I realize pro staffing is not for everyone. This isn't about that debate. There are some very real things happening out there that guys who do want to pursue staff positions and even sponsorship should know about. I also include some things to think about at the end. None of it is 100% avoidable but knowing yourself and your goals is not talked about enough.
