Headed to Caddo for Thanksgiving. Anybody been and got any tips or info to share? Going with the inlaws and taking the RV. We did this last year at Bob Sandlin and had a lot of fun. I hope to fish from the bank or pier so an insight there would be great.

And YES I know to zig zag when being chased by a gator laugh

Just a follow up on my trip. Great State Park, nice fall foliage. There are a few full hook up sites which is definitely a bonus.

As far as fishing goes I didn't get to dedicate as much time as I would have liked but there are definitely some spots to check out. Nice picnic tables right next to the retaining wall on the bayou give you a nice place to cast out and relax. I wish I had brought my cat setup instead of crappie.
