Hope you weighed it in a certified scale. Record is 12.75 and has stood for along time. Would be good for you to have it beat.

I have caught many that look that big and bigger, unless you stand 8ft tall .. Looks about 7lbs to me. In the photo, your arms are str8 out and the striper is skinny. The large hybrids we catch over 10 on benbrook look deformed and have huge stomachs, looking similar to a football. Maybe your picture is horrible???? Good luck with your new lake record. Congrats..

Thanks ETU. We caught the fish, weighed it , measured it and took the picture. I am not interested in lake records. Just thought some of you would like to see a large Benbrook hybrid. Tight lines all.

Could just be the angle of the picture I guess?? This was one of the first big hybrids I caught on Benbrook a few years back---I thought it was a monster and it wasn't even 10lbs
