So I am proud to announce that I am now on the bonehead pro staff. My last tourney I fished the 8ft bonehead rod paired up with the bonehead 6 lb highvis in green. I'm not one to fish light jig heads but with the small diameter of the line it made it really easy to get 1/16 and 1/32 ounce jigs down to 14 and 16 ft. Which on that day I think was key to getting bites was the smaller baits! and with the rod as sensitive as it is I could feel everything the jig was hitting. I only broke off 3 times all day which really impressed me as I usually use 10 lb line. The rod has just the right amount of bend to it so you don't get what I call tip whip. That is when you get a fish to the top and only the tip has action which results in line going slack and the fish coming unbuttoned at the top while splashing around. This rod performed flawlessly as did the line. Two great products that I'm proud to be able to promote!!!

Glad to have you on staff Cody. I'll add you to the Bonehead pro staff Facebook page tonight.
Had to miss tomorrow's CAT event on Fork tomorrow. Got some guides this weekend. We''ll go bend some 8' Bonehead Rods over my way soon.

Hey Josh...make sure you got one of those 10fter with my name on it...I will pick it up at Chandler prior to the tourney (thursday or friday)...How much I owe you for it? Incidentally, did you ever get any of those 5.6 fters, if so, I want one of those as well.

CW It has been in testing for a while...I can't wait to get my hands on one...Of course, I am REALLY wanting a 5.6 fter after holding one....Yeeee Chris, they cost twice what you are used to...worth ten times as much, IMO

When the fish go to biting strong up that way...chase up that dude I fished with last time and give me a call...I will take a day off...need a Bonehead equipped kinda guide trip...
