I just wanted to give Mike Frazier, owner of Camelot Bell, a public "Thank You!" for the best day of fishing I've ever seen. I've fished at his place several times now and every time I've been I have seen a double digit bass boated--I've even been fortunate enough to be the one catching it a couple of times. But the trip my cousin and I took to his place recently tops them all. Our five biggest fish of the day were 8, 9, 10, 10 and 12 pounds. It was an amazing experience. As always, Mike was a great host and a joy to be around. His passion about what he is accomplishing at Camelot Bell is contagious and adds to the experience. Thanks, Mike! You've got a one-of-a-kind place and I can't wait to get back. Dane

Wow Dane; what a day. Congrads. to you guys on a huge stringer. Thanks for the report and welcome to the TFF.

I hope to get to fish the lake someday. I sent a Email through the website with no reply. Maybe Mike will see this and get in touch.

Have a lot of disposable income. Not complaining - just jealous. If I could, I would be there tomorrow.

Well my trip went awesome!!
All the guys on here that say it's like fishing in a barrel don't have a clue. These fish are just as hard or even harder to catch than any place I've ever been to. We fished for a solid 2 days with high pressure blue bird skies and maby caught 12 fish total ranging from a pound to 9lbs. Best was 13.2lbs which is now my new PB.
I thank Mike for the great things he has done at the Bell and I believe he definately has something spectacular going on with his fish there. It's not every day you have a chance at world class fish.
That being said I can promise you there is no guarantee you will catch a double digit.
You definately have to work for it, or as Mike likes to say "you have to have a little luck from the fish gods".

Camelot Bell is a place that dreams can come true for that person that has been searching for a fish of a lifetime. I can tell you it ended one chapter in my life and started another. I think Dane hit the head on the nail when he said its contagious.
I can't wait to get back.
Thanks again Mike

Congratulations on the bass of your life! Sounds like a tough trip that y'all ground through. That's the Bell and pure Florida fish.

I've been skunked there many times. But I've also had some really good days with high numbers and 50-54 pounds on best 5.

To the man above who asked how to access Camelot Bell, call the owner.
