Pland on doing some bank fishing for cats and wanted to put my girlfriend on some eater sized catfish. Just wondering what you guy thought about grapevine or tawakoni as far as witch one would keep her busy realing em in.. haha thanks for the tips

Twok for sure. that lake is full of catfish. GV has them too but it's so hit and miss out there, I'd go to Twok.

Never been to twok not looking for any secret spots but does anyone know where to go to do some night fishing? Dont want to drive 2 hours and not be able to fish. Thanks for the reply

A couple of places with easy access to the beach are the FM 751 and 2 mile bridge west boat ramp.

both lakes are extremely low ,but Tawakoni gives you a better chance of success. This is only a suggestion and may be only worth what you paid for it. Head towards Holiday Marina ( use this address for a google map 2200 FM47 Wills Point,Tx 75169) after you turn into the entrance take a right on the 1st dirt road should be a public boatramp 1/2 mile down on the left, we've done well for cats fishing along the banks, either side of the ramp with night crawlers ,frozen shrimp, and minnows, you may need to pick up bait and supplies before you get there.... pretty much in the middle of no where.
