I recently had an issue with an Ardent product. I called them up to see if there was anything I could do. I was honest with everything as far as use and time owned. The guys were as nice as they could be and where able to help me out and replaced the product. I just wanted to let everyone know of a good company and a good customer service experience.

Nice to hear that. Hadn't tried Ardent much but maybe I need to give one a shot. Customer service quality is a big deal to me.

Yes, plus they are made in the USA!! That would be incorrect especially if he is referring to the new Apex line of reels they have. Not made in USA some of their stuff is but not all of it.

The Edge reels are still available and they are made in the U.S.A. also they have great customer service. I have had a couple of people who had a problem with their reels while here on vacation I called Ardent and got parts within 2 days.
