Who has one???

We caught one on local lake here that weighed 6.8. She was 25.25 long. Lol. By far the ugliest fish I've seen. Never recovered from spawn we guessed. SHe ended up dying when we released her back real quick after weighing her. We all guessed her 10-11lbs in full health. Biggest head ive ever seen on a bass. The pic of my hand in her mouth does no justice

Back when I caught big fish, I caught several big ole skinny/long native bass in Lake Corpus Christi, but no where else that I recall. Not that your fish is native, but may be old, hard to say. Cool fish no doubt. thanks Billy

Thanks, Billy

The picture doesn't do this one justice either, it was about 6lbs, and one side looked good, but the other side and shape of this fish was about as ugly as I've seen

I'd never call a 7# fish ugly...but she sure was skinny, 26"

I weighed in my first over at Fork in a tourney this year. It was 24- 1/8" long and weighed 5.38lb. It looked like a native, or really old. She had a big ole head and shoulders then looked like an eel the rest of the way down. She was blind in one eye and she hit a top water bait. As she came towards the boat she never saw it and my mom netted her on the first attempt. She had one small treble barely hooked in the skin of her lip.

Typically those are fish that have an obstruction in their intestines; generally a soft plastic.

Ruptured, spawning or beer belly. Nothing a little duck tape couldn't fix.

I once snagged my ex mother-in-law. Does that count? She was about 64 inches and weighed about 225lbs.
