Lake Whitney looked pretty interesting yesterday. I guess with the lake up about 5' in a months time, it should look that way - lots of submerged bushes and vegetation, grasses and refilled coves. It doesn't seem like the fish have figured it out just yet, but there's simply water everywhere now. We finally found some grazing buffalo and managed to get a take from this one that bottomed out my 15# Boga. Guessing it at about 20-25, and ordered a 30# Boga when I got home (dang it)!

Saw more buffalo than common carp. It was an education for sure.

Things are finally picking up on Ray Roberts as well. Still some strange fish behavior, but then these are crazy times! Yesterday (first pic) and today (2nd. and 3rd. pic) make me think things are headed toward the "new normal" very soon.

Hate the audio, but then shooting video with good audio, and using a GoPro - don't necessarily go hand in hand. That's the goal! Better audio!
