My husband and I are planning a long weekend trip to Lake Fork and are looking for a cabin/hotel/ect. that is pet friendly. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

Lake House We just stayed here first weekend in Oct. This was our 4th or 5th time. The owners live next door. Call Wes or Jan. The number is in the link. The map shown on the link isn't accurate. Get good directions if you don't know the area. The grounds were the best since going there. Very well maintained. Keep in mind, the lake is over 6' low. So fishing from the dock will be poor if that is of any interest. It is quiet, all the amenities - just bring food. If you have a boat, their ramp is still usable. We had our dog with us. She's small, about 12 lbs. So be sure to ask if that is ok. It hasn't been in the past for us, but I really don't know their policy, I just asked in advance. Enjoy, Jimmy
