Went to the local pond yesterday for a couple of hours and the bite was non-stop  The bass were absolutely on point and begging to be caught. Nice looking fish. Might want to let whoever manages that pond that there is not enough food for the bass. Those are way to skinny for their size which means they are starving. The gills and stuff look healthy which I find odd since bass eat them.

Chuck: There are a few Ponds located in windcrest, I would tell you the names of the streets they are on but I dont know them, One is off of Montgomery Dr, another further up that way and one in Takas park... All are catch and release, good luck and let us know how you do. dafanman Thanks Metalmike, Ketchn, and Joe BankBassin:they have just recently stocked all 3 ponds with stocker size fish, I personally think the bigger issue with those ponds is that they are over run with turtles
