And the spring flew out the front. Do I need new parts to repair this or is it strait forward putting it back in

YOU CAN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER THERE SHOULD A RETAINING RING TOO, MAKE SURE THAT GETS BACK IN CORRECTLY.

If the whole thing flew off you might be able to put it back but if the spring flew out the front a retaining clip and the end with the grease zerk needs to be found and put back in.

check to see if you blew the rear seal if theres a lot of grease back there then you probably did
