With boat on trailer it is so low the motor drags the ground. Motor is as high on transom as it can go and still not cavitate. Is there any way to raise the trailer with this type suspension????? b

If I'm not fishing or hunting I'm hunting a place to fish or hunt.

When tilted up it still drags? If so, the boat don't fit the trailer. You can try raising the bunk boards at the rear, but be aware that will make it a little hard to launch. You will have to back in deeper.

Thanks for the replies, truck is in the driveway but boat is at Toledo Bend. I will try to get a photo, SOON I hope. I had thought about raising the bunks but that will be a welding encounter I think to get any appreciable lift. May just live with it as I currently don't have it on the road much, it's just a pain when I forget to tilt up when I pull it out of the water. I always stop as soon as I clear the ramp and check and secure things.

You might try lowering the receiver hitch the trailer needs to be towed as close to level as possible. I'm assuming you are using a transom saver? I trim my motor up when loading to avoid prop damage.
