Caught this one about 11 today on lake Kiowa 23 inches long 19 inch girth. I have been trying hard to learn to fish off shore and this one will sure make it easier to stay off the bank, caught it in 17ft of water on a 6xd. When I boated her I thought I had a dd or new lake record but was a little let down when I weighted her. After that wore off I got excited because it is my pb and my old pb was 16 years ago plus this is by far the biggest I have caught fishing off shore.

Way to go!!! On many lakes I fish, I don't get close to the bank very often. It can be hit or miss at times though
