Would anyone be willing to help me out. I just moved to Center Point and don't know where to go. I am looking for some decent places to try out. Looking for Shore fishing for bass, trout, striper, or catfish. If anyone can point me to some decent areas that would be great. Thanks!

You have the Guadalupe river from center point all the way to Ingram dam.

Trout, yeah not happening until the state does their annual stocking.

Your best option for shore fishing is going to be at Flat Rock Park in Kerrville. Take hwy .27 towards Kerrville and when you get into town take a left at first traffic light you come to, it's right across from the VA Hospital. From there just head straight down the road and you will be there.

Catfish, largemouth bass & bluegill.

If you have a little bit of money you can get a kayak and fish right there in center point, just put in there at the dam and paddle up a ways.

would north Kerrville, on the river be a decent place for cats? Is there any certain areas to night fish without staying in an rv park?
