My Fishing Advisor for android. Worth the 5bucks imho. Been using it for a couple years now. Good for fishing times and color and types of bait based on a ton of water and weather conditions. Different recommendations for all sorts of freshwater fish based on the same environmental data too.

I have the $10 navionics app. I love it. I can get on and study it at home and find new spots to try. I don't get this complicated with it but you can overlay it with google maps for mor detail to help locate spots.

The Bass Whisperer App...... At least that is what I told this guy that I used when I showed him a picture of a good bass that I caught. I told him you just turn it on and hold your phone under the water and they will come right to you...

Check out iFish Texas for lake reports, solunar/weather calendar, hot spots, cutting edge catch log and much more!

Available on iPhone and Android for under $5. If you plan to fish more than Texas lakes - iFish USA is a great app too.

Check out our FishingScout app. The Main download is free, but we do have a pay version that has more features. We have giveaways quite often for the paid version. Our app allows you to select just the water bodies you fish and want to keep an eye on, or anywhere you are just curious about. Our app is sort of like Instagram, Facebook and fishing mixture. I've met a lot of new friends and fishing buddies since the app came out

I have tried Fishing spots and it is okay. I also tried Fishing scout but I don't really like social apps unless they are twitter not to mention it looks like they charge monthly on this app. I have seen some fake apps for iPhone that claim to be fish finders with graphs. Anyone with any brains would know just taking a picture would not work and you would need a transducer but sadly I will bet people are falling for it.

I tried to get the Navionics app and it isn't in the Google play store anymore? Was it removed or am I missing something?

Well I found my answer. My phone has a version of android that is too old to use the current version of navionics. I'm getting tired of this old [censored] phone anyways, congrats google you got me to go get a new one.

When it comes to fishing apps, I'm a big fan of Fishbrain. Helps you find nearby fishing locations, including showing what was caught where, lets you know the best times to fish, and what bait to throw... pretty cool.

FishWeather looks interesting, saw it mentioned here: https://citimarinestore.com/citiguide/best-boating-apps-for-boaters-anglers/. It's like a weather app, but with info to better plan your fishing trips.

Anybody use FishWeather? Thoughts on it?
