I use to think that who ever started New Orleans was, well, not right in the head, but I have changed my opinion. Anyone that can build a city 10 feet below sea level, in a hurricane zone and then fill it with Democrats, is a genius!

No I am only 30 but I guess I had some really good history teachers. At some point I got really hooked on history (especially military history) and attempting to understand our government.

That's OK. The president, the Congress and the Supreme Court all conspired together to 'Nullify" the intent of the 27th Amendment. It's as if it was never ratified.
