We had a another good trip despite the unusual high tides, with 2 days of a strong east wind, that pushed the tides up 2 foot + higher than normal. The Redfish were scattered and not in the big pods that we typical see in October, it's a little early I guess, the big trout were scattered and hard to come by, 14" trout seemed to be everywhere. Only had 8 flounders, who knows where they went. Anyways, they can't be many things better than throwing a Zara Spook topwater and have it blown up in the air or sucked down by a big ole redfish. A few pics. Trout under the dock lights.    A flock of bluewing teal flying above a tailing redfish.  Haynie number 1 on the water, so they say.   Wade fishing at first light.
