Not to make light of the situation but nobody in their right mind would think they are gonna make money in the food business in it's present state. Clearly a write off is what you are going for, just think of the increased depreciation that is will take you 39.5 years to recoup lol. You keep telling me that but you seem to have done fairly well with it, besides that its too late to turn back now, if I get into a jam i will be calling.  Lol I had no choice as i suffer from a lack of talents and skills. There was nothing else for me. Sounds like a Great Depression.   Somehow I'll manage. Lol
