Hoarder? lol Maybe he wanted all the sales ads and coupons. Or maybe wanted to sift thru it to find gift cards and cash but if that was the case you would expect him to sort thru it in a more timely way than 16 yrs, lol. Seems really odd to me.

Agree that 5 years ain't enough. We had a carrier do that last summer. I was lucky it only ran me afoul with two bills. Some of my neighbors really had the screws put to them because of it. The mastercard bank was fully sympathetic and cancelled the interest and penalty. The water company was the exact opposite, had a nasty too damm bad for you that you're you attitude. Wish to hail we had options for utility monopolies. Doubt my letters to the Better Business Bureau & county & state Commissioners will have any effect.
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.
