So is it $208 a person or for a team? And the annual fee is per person?

The entry fee is $200 per boat. One or two anglers can enter as a team.
There is a credit card fee if you enter on line or you can print off an entry form and mail it in to avoid the credit card fee.
The annual membership fee is $40 per Angler.
