need advise where to take 70 hp yamaha to check tilt and trim..on way home saw motor was all the way up stopped and tried to trim down but would not budge, after got home it will go down but makes different noise

pretty simple operation, I just watched you-tube and cleaned my brushes in my tilt motor, fixed mine, but I bet yours is low on fluid
Trust your own instinct. Your mistakes might as well be your own, instead of someone elses.
