Wish I'd known how much they were worth years ago. We had so many that they were a nuisance. When our street was put in, they bull dozed the tree. Otherwise I'd go home and pick a few hundred and sell em real cheap.

kingfish_1970, I'm not sure they were as much years ago. I sell them now because first, we have the trees, and second, because I must be able to make a little bit of money from home. I have a 27 yr. old, severely brain damaged, quadriplegic daughter I take care of. I do what I can from home that is legal, honest, and ethical to help pay the bills. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind sharing a few for free...=)

I've had a few PM me to order the worms, but some have had a few questions, so I want to answer what I can here just in case it might educate others.
This is from OUR personal experience, so here goes:

These worms are delicate! We freeze 2 dozen at a time in cornmeal (and PLENTY of it, too), in snack size baggies. When you order more than 2 dozen at a time, we place those snack baggies down inside a FREEZER baggie the size(s) required to fill your order.
I say these worms are delicate because, if NOT kept frozen, they become mushy and a black soggy mess! If you are able to catch fish like that, you're doing good!?!

I hate to lose your business here, but I'll be honest above all else.

Also, in my advertisement above, I state that I am taking 'RESERVATIONS'. That means NOBODY has to PAY for ANYTHING until their order is fulfilled.

If anyone has any questions, please, please feel free to ask!

Thanks to all for your orders and help, and God Bless each and every one of you...=)

I have a Catalpa tree in my back yard that I planted in March 2008,and it's now stands at about 15-20' tall.I've had a very few worms on it but I just let them go back and make a more productive crop the following year.Hope this year will be a bumper crop. But if that's not the case,I would like to get about 10 Dozen fresh(not frozen).I can come pick them up,thats not a problem.PM me if you would.Thanks...

I have met some of the most wonderful people in my life here, in a very long time!
God is so good, and I thank Him so much for each and every one of you. It is just so rare to find such people in this world anymore, who still believe in the old 'handshake' way of doing business, and still are God Fearing folks. I feel so, so blessed!
If I can't thank my parents for anything else, I CAN thank them for bringing me up the very old fashioned way of honesty and integrity!!!
I am very humbled today, by the folks who have placed reservations with me on faith. Thank you to every one of you...=)

The trees have flowered, and they are shedding their flowers, so it shouldn't be long til worm harvest. YAY!
IF some of you are coming to pick up your worms, and you want them alive and fresh, then let me know. I'll need to make a date with you so you can get here asap!!!
