I own one of these little bait boats myself and is really worth every cent I spent on it. For shore anglers it is an invaluable tool to reach the big fish behind the breakers and the results are awesome. Our target species are mainly big sharks from the surf but a lot of other species are landed as a result. We tag and release all the fish that we catch!!

Maybe there are some of you who knows of its existence but I thought it would be interesting for those who haven't seen it as yet. It is locally manufactured but the manufacturer do export them.

Watch the video clips to see how it works.

How much are they? Don't see any price on their site.

Currently the $-Rand exchange rate is R7 to 1US$, therefore the bait boat will cost you more or less $1,642, the cart in the video will put you back another $193.

Just for the record, I am not an agent of theirs and have no ties with manufacturer whatsoever. I merely mentioned this because I enjoy mine so much and I thought you may find it interesting.

Other extras are battery chargers, solar panel charger, vehicle charger, extra batteries and extra buoys (on top of the dinglehopper)
