Shimano, pflueger, and Abu/ambassaduer all make good reels under that price range. I've had good luck with all of them, especially the shimano curados and pflueger presidents.
I've never used Quantum but the best in the business does, evidently they are pretty good too.

Shimano Citica - $119
Ive got several of these, 200E, and several of the Curado E5/E7. I honestly think the Citica performs just as well as the Curado.

Shimano Curado E7. I think Cameron at Lake Fork Marina has some for about $20 or $30 off retail. Retail is $179 He also ships, no problem. http://www.lakeforkmarina.com/

I got my 51 Mg's (brand new) for $175 each, so I would say that would be the best for under $200.

the best deal going right now is a Revo STX for around $140 and the Revo Premier for around $150.
Reels most worth their retail price compared to the others(in this order, IMO):
Citica E, Revo S, Curado E, Quantum Catalyst PT, Daiwa 153HSTA

Revo SX or an STX if you can find one for that price. Check out Tacklewarehouse.com. I got an STX 6:1 there last month for $119 on sale with a discount.

Shiman Citica is a good reel for under 200. I have two of them and I have never had a problem.

shoot for 200 bucks you can pretty much get anything if your patient and watch the for sale ads here and on BBC and look at ebay as well. you can get a zillion, a pixy, a 50MG, a chronacrch, heck the options are endless in the 190 dollar range

I say go for the shimano curado that is super tuned or extreme super tuned by Shawn at theTacklesmith.com He guarantees his work and stands by it. You could also get it custom painted to whatever color you wanted and still be under 200 bucks. Just an idea.
