Rush should just draw his salary until contract is up and sign somewhere else. Not really the way it works in the NFL. Next paycheck will be the day after Week 1 game.

Being a mature Cowboys fan is understanding that Dak Prescott is the most talented QB in team history and could win multiple Super Bowls if he had a competent GM, head coach, and team around him. For the majority of his career he has had no OL and no defense.
