Are you saying the shootings in 2016 and 2017 are a result of the one in 2010?

yawn look its pretty simple. If youre scared then dont go, but dont act like these murders are an everyday occurrence. Ive seen the meth heads around Fork and Im sure there is plenty of crime up there, even murders.

You can do whatever you want with that information including ignore it.

Like I said, that was not my intention. I was just trying to warn others.

I've been in contact with some buddies who have fished that lake longer than me and a guide down there and I think I'll stay off the whole, entire lake for now. And that's hard for me to do. I've seen and heard things that make me wanna stay away from Falcon for awhile, and most of this came from a well known guide. I will not discuss those things. I'm not saying I'm gonna stop going there, I'm just not gonna go for awhile. That is just me though. Plenty of guys fish that lake every day and nothing happens. I, myself, am just not gonna risk it right now.

If you don't think this situation is serious, then you're a fool. If you do decide to go there, stay on the US side and pay attention to your surroundings. It's that simple. To each his own. Maybe shoot James an email before you go and ask how things are. He's a straight shooter and a great guy!

On a positive note, the lake is up a good bit and I hear the fishing is pretty darn good. I hope to get down there in a few months.

P.S. If you do get approached down there, cooperate with them. And most importantly, do NOT break out a weapon. That only fuels the fire and makes the situation worse.

That's all from me on this thread.
