I don't follow the PGA tour very close, but why would they change the name after all these years from The Colonial to the Ft Worth Invitational?

I don't follow the PGA tour very close, but why would they change the name after all these years from The Colonial to the Ft Worth Invitational? last 2 years it was the Dean & Deluca (sponsor) it has something to do with naming rights some legal stuff you know
