Fish and veggies are your friend!

I love cauliflower tater tots for example. Sure not as good for as fresh cauliflower on its own. But its 1/4 the cals of regular tots and has lots of nutrients.

Cauliflower rice is also delicious. Its not the same as rice, but its close and again much much better for you.

do you get the frozen cauliflower tots
or do you make them ?

the frozen ones are good
but you should read the label
