Is anyone using Navionics Gold XL9? I currently have the 46xg Europe West but I've messed with the contents of the microSD card and now the Elite-5 does not "see" it.
Can anyone describe the original folder structure and list contents? I believe all Navionics Gold maps have the same structure.
Your best bet would be to contact Navionics, however I suspect your the Navionics files on your card are now toast! Navionics builds copy protection into each of their cards. ANY attempt to manulipate, add, delete, copy etc. renders the card unusable for its intended purpose!
I've contacted them but the "only way" is to upgrade to the latest map version. Since I can't afford it, I'm still interesting in rebuilding the old data structure as I still have all the files, just the folder order seems missing.
I would appreciate if anyone could post an example of the contents of the microSD card.
