So i was looking at these two units for my boat,I was thinking of getting the lowrance for my trolling motor and the humminbird for my console,Does anyone know anything about these two units or own them? I like the humminbird cause it has both di and regular colored sonar which the lowrance lacks so this is my reason for puttig it up front.Just wanting other peoples opinions?

Why don't you want both 2D and DI at the Trolling Motor? 2D is very useful if you vertically fish due to the larger coverage area. I would go both 2D and DI at both locations.
