Hopin to get out next weekend to Benbrook how is the marina ramp and has anyone had any luck with hybrids?

Marina ramp is in good shape, and the hybrids have been good when you find them. Large concentrations of fish when they are there, but not finding them widespread. Seeing a lot of old structure that held fish in past, not being habited as of yet with new water levels. Last wed water temp 51, and only dead sticking worked. Previous weeks, everything worked.
