It's that time again. This will be the 5th year of the TFF Fantasy Baseball league.

Sign up HERE

league id:33516
password:bass

Please sign up only if you are willing to play all season long. It's not fair to take up a spot in this league from someone who really wanted to play if you just sign up then quit after a week or two. It's also not fair to the other members of the league.

Should the case arise where a team does become inactive, after 21 days the league commissioner (AKA me) will attempt to contact you by e-mail (if you provide it to the league). I will also make a note on the league's commissioner's notes board. After this time if you do not respond the team will be disbanded, and the players will become free agents and will follow the normal waiver rules.

If you have any questions about the scoring rules or league setting please feel free to ask.

I am sorry if I am coming across as a horse's rear, but last year we had someone get upset because he feels we did not contact him before two teams were placed as free agents. Well I did send out several league wide e-mails and did post it on the league message board. He then wanted some of the settings of the league changed to make him happy for him being out of town when the e-mails were sent out. Well the alerts were sent out over a weeks time and in every way that I had to alert the entire league.

That being said I hope that you will join and have a fun season.

Right now we have a 12 team limit, but that can be expanded if there is enough interest

Played fantasy sports since the early 90s when we'd have to wait till Tuesday to look in the paper to calculate stats ourselves. Not a fan of points only leagues, but good luck and here's a free little bump for ya....

Texcwby, you have one beautiful daughter, and I see you are raising her right, dressing her in burnt orange. Though at her age I bet she picks out those great clothes. I'll still be very found of her after the season starts. We don't mind a little trash talk between folk, infact it is encouraged,

We all start at 0 and there is only one way to go. It's just for bragging rights. You'll enjoy it, and it's easy to pick up. Just make sure you look at the scoring so you know how you want to set up your team.

This is an example. In a league that gives you 5 points for a strike out look for guys that throw a lot of K's. If the league is set so that strike outs count against batters stay away from guys who SO a bunch even if they hit a lot of HR. That is depending on how much a SO takes away. If it is like 1/2 a point it might be worth keeping if a HR is worth 5. Just look at everything that has to do with scoring. Also BE AWARE THERE IS A MAXIMUM INNING count for pitchers and MAX games played per position. For batters that is per position not per player.
