Who makes the best rain suit for the money? I have read that Academy's H20 is a good one. Any thoughts?

Academy had under armor rain coats marked down from 160 to $60.

Might check out "Pro Rainer". I won a set(jacket & bibbs) at a Champion boat owners tournament in the late 90's. Still got'em and they work great. Warm, wind proof, and you will not get wet. No idea of the cost, but from the design/construction they might be a little pricey. Good luck.

Whatever you can afford. You can spend $29 - $299 for one.

Check out the Pro Rainer brand. I've had one since 98 and it's the best suit for warmth, wind and rain I've ever owned.

I've had many years of use from a Kool Dri pant bibs and hooded jacket pair.
