An elderly man fell out of his boat.Fortunately for him, someone saw him do it I guess from the bank or a house, and called for help. The news showed the old man freezing but ok.

A good person saw him fall in and went to the get him in their pontoon boat. Some people do the right thing no matter what...and without fame for themselves. I like that lots.

As one of the old coots I could not agree more. I simply cannot do things like launching and picking up the boat as well as I could 30 years ago. That said, it is very hard to find a suitable fishing friend. They keep getting old and disabled or dying off.

My 80 year old dad fell outta my boat last year on the ramp at Moss lake. I heard him hit the concrete and it scared the heck outta me. He was ok but it made me stop and think about the things i expect him to do
