Does anyone know if you can still launch there?

Haven't been down to the ramp in a month or two, but you could still launch there at that time. I plan on checking it out within the week. Should be plenty of water to launch without any problems.

Someone told me the ramp was no longer useable because of the drought. Said it was broke off in the water. Guess that not the case which is good to hear.

I went before the rain and the ramp was open, but it does drop off badly. Buddy had to wade out and pick up trailer while I pulled the truck up some. Next time out we saw some other folks have to do the same thing. Water should be up more now, but the drop off is still down there, so if the trailer starts going down fast stop before the tire falls off too far. Havent been since the rain. We were catching some crappie, but I would think the sandbass would be up there now. Let us know.

You would think so, but the air in the tires makes em suprisingly lighter when in the water. As for a swim right now though, I don't recommend it.
