Yep, Weekendangler, one of the newbies, went crappie fishin Friday with the jigs he learned to tie Thursday night. Drum roll please.....he caught 15 nice keepers on his own hand tied jigs. Me thinks he will be back next month!  Awww... I hate that!!!! NOT!!!

Okay, this coming Thursday is jig tying. Pack up your stuff and come join us. If you don't have stuff come join us anyway and we'll have vices and materials for you to use.
7PM at the Cabelas in Allen
Those bringing your tying stuff need to enter through the door on the northwest corner of the building, sign in, and get a badge.
Everyone else can enter through the main entrance.

Well if'n you been tying already, I would think they would be mo betta than someone who has never tied a jig and doesn't even know where to start tying a jig. We get those folks most every month. Gotta start somewhere. Its not about how purdy the jig is as it is about swappin ideers and gettin to look at different materials that are available. Not coming to the tie-in because you ain't fond of the way yer jigs look is sellin yourself short on a great time. I learn something each time we meet. So we ought to see ya on 5/17/12...right?

PLEASE REMEMBER!!!
If you bring your tying stuff you must enter through the employee entrance on the northwest corner of the building.
The door is locked but if you knock they will let you in.
Sign in there and get a badge which you will turn in when you sign out.
