Did you weight it or anything? Or do you think the hook point will be enough to keep it from falling over?
It's an amazing fly! I tied my first deer hair popper over the weekend... let's just say it float's, but probably looks closer to your trashcan than your fly after you are done with the razor! its pretty much for display only, I have been wanting to tie one for a while, seen a few before (regardless of what some think inspired me)..anyway I bought some of these and they are nice for pics & display..  my favorite online source for all things fly: http://www.bearsden.com/product9316.htmltell 'em Mike sent ya, they probably wont have a clue who you're talking about So you bought the extra tall one to hold the r##fer so you can tie hands free?
