Hard to tell how close the Acura got to the motorcycle, but the motorcycle has nothing to gain going after the car. Just let it go and everyone makes it to work unharmed.

Mostly the biker but the car driver was drunk and had a suspended license.

The drove too close didn't get much air time. It looked like the biker was changing lanes really fast just before the car went by him and he was already back in the second lane over when the car passed. If the car was going that much faster than the car at that point the motorcyclist probably should not have tried to jump in front of him.

The video does not show it real well.

Both definitely at fault, but I get a special enjoyment watching wreckless motorcycle drivers get their due. Those guys drive extremely wrecklessly at times, and this guy is obviously part of that crowd.

But the car driver was driving drunk on a suspended license, so it's hard to put more than 50% of the blame on either of them. Both idiots.

That's the thing. You never really know what's going on in the other drivers mind, where they are in life, etc. Most everyone is packing nowadays. If you get out of your car to be Billy Badazz to go to another car, they may perceive threat of bodily harm and boom, you got a 9mm slug in your chest.

I hate that whole "I'm going to punish you" move that is popular now. That's where people run up on your tail to let you know they're mad, or they're a badarse or whatnot. Shoot them both.

But the guy riding the bike, you have to admit that was a move probably only done by stuntmen... Now he is out one bike and has to buy another... still very dangerous

He was certainly reckless, but he definitely wasn't wreckless......

I don't see how the driver of the car was at fault at all. Okay, so he was drunk and suspended license. Sure, cite him or lock him up after the fact because both are illegal.

But as far as the crash goes, that was 100% motorcycle's fault.

They said the driver of the car hit the brakes but I didn't see any brake lights in the video.

Yes, the driver hit the brakes because of slower traffic in front of him.

Yeah it looked like the car in front of him brake checked him.
