Maybe the fish are evolving and the fisherman aren't. Mother nature is smarter than we are. Just because it isn't as easy as it seemingly once was, doesn't mean there is anything wrong. The fish will get wiser with time. Fisherman will also have to adapt.

Yeah we can target old tires and trash piles instead of vegetation and weed lines...

Guntersville is essentially Alabama's "Lake Fork" due to its popularity and history of producing solid limits and big bass! We have hosted a BIG BASS TOUR event on Guntersville for the past five years and we consistently see a lot of big bass cross the stage. In fact last year we saw a record number of bass weighed each day and it took nearly a five pound minimum just to finish in the hourly top-ten payouts! What I love about Guntersville is no matter what your preferred style of fishing you will find it there! From docks to the infamous grass, humps, riprap, deep, shallow, bluffs, rock, timber, boat houses, road beds, and a ton more!

catch release and die is what I read in the article l I hear and read this a lot. Regardless of how many die the percentage that survive is more and 100% more than 25 years ago when it was catch and kill.
