Help: fishing in St Augustine FL

Taking the family there next week, hoping to do some bank/inshore coast fishing with my 9 yr old.
I've also read the topic above mine title "new to the salt", it's very helpful

I am a lake guy and not good at fishing the oceans, although i have caught speckle trouts and flounders before.

I know I can use my fresh water gears: I have 7 to 10 footer rods, 10-40 lb braids, 1-4 oz weights, reg and circle hooks

Any one know some good spots (at the beach, pier, jetty or wherever)?
and how to catch them like bait to use, time of day, etc...
and kind of fish I expect to find, so i can look up on google to see what they look like if i catch them.
