No reports but it's predictable this time of year. Find a good light, feed the trout live shrimp under a rattling cork, and stay away from the potlickers. Never tell someone with a 16/0 circle hook tied to a Zebco 33 that you have boxed a limit.

We just got back. We didn't get to fish the pier this time. The kids were wore out in the evenings. If you are into wade fishing I was getting into trout early morning at Brown and Root in my kayak. You can wade fish there pretty easy. Just be careful. Saw lots of jellyfish on the flats as well as a few stingrays.

I was down there last month and got about 5 blacktip sharks in the 2-3.5 foot range off the right side of the t head. Some people caught sand trout and a few drum. I was using a fish finder rig and a steel double drop rig with 8/0 circle hooks with cut mullet. Hope this helps.

A buddy of mine just got back and he caught some big sharks and stingrays on casted shark rigs and kayaking his bait out. He said he was using chunks of mullet, sand trout, whiting and lady fish. The biggest shark he caught was a 6.5 ft bull shark.
