Port O Connor help!!! - 12/29/15 05:06 AM

I just got to here today and my dad caught a 34 pound black drum but after that, we couldn't catch anything with any bait. Me and my buddy went out tonight and used mullet and shrimp in the interest coastal and didn't even get a bite. It's about 50 degrees here and I'm just stuck. I need any advice on what bait to use and what rig ups to use to get on some good fish in the inter coastal and when we're running around in our boat. Any help will be appreciated.

Pringle should be on fire today. Not slinging bait though...

Mirro-lure split tail plastics with jig heads have been doing good in Trinity Bay on Specs and Reds. They can be hard to find.

Norton sand eel tequila or hogie super minnow pumpkin will work with Oldham 1/8 oz screw lock head. If you're a plastic noob rig it under a mauler cork. Look for the slightly stained water with grass and potholes.

That's as close as dropping you off as I can get.
