New to Baffin Bay

I'm new to Fishing and Baffin Bay/Riviera. Anyone know of a good all year round spot for wading? I read somewhere that this spot (27.276939, -97.709989) was considered good because of the channel, but they didn't capitalize on why it was good. Thanks for the help in advance.
