Can anyone recommend a charter in south padre? My parents are coming to town and I'd like to take them out for a day of fishing. What all can I expect to catch right now? I'm thinking an 8 hour trip. Would like snapper and mackerel. Thanks! They'll be here July 4th weekend.

Red Snapper can be caught and retained until about July 17 I think (for charter boats) so you should be good to go there. If no one replies to you with a personal recommendation you might try going to 2coolfishing.com and asking as there are a good many SPI folks there.
If not then I guess your best bet would be Google.

Kings are really not hot right now. I might have Friday available inshore. Trout and Redfish.
