Looking for a good place to go around christmas

Looking for a good inshore/offshore guided trip. Does not have to be in Texas and species really doesn't matter. I have never been fishing for reds, so that would be fun, but I am open to other options. Any of you guys have really good experiences with deep sea guides and could point me in the right direction? Thanks.
