Is that the new one? Saw it on TV. Looks cool, but I don't like elliptical that have the moving arms. They tend to get in the way.

Hence your sub title!

I just noticed that Bowflex is now able to be financed on your Care Credit credit card with zero interest for a year.

Looks cool but too many moving parts that could break.

Not to argue with anyone, or shoot down another man's choice for "shaping the body," but a good routine of floor exercises costs nothing and does not need to be put on a credit card.

Of course, using the floor, and your own weight puts more strain on your joints, especially the wrists, as opposed to an elliptical machine, but again, space and the floor is all that is needed. Whenever I do go to a rec center, I use the ellipticals, but I've never paid for this sort of "home gym."

Good luck to those who partake. I'm sure Bowflexes are nice to own if they are truly used.

Addendum: I use to have a vintage Bullworker Bowflex back in the 80s, sort of like the photo.

Ha! Didn't even think about that. You are right! Watch out for those moving parts!

Got one over Christmas and it is very nice. Very sturdy and strong. Definitely works the whole body. I can't do the full 14 minutes workout yet cause it's intense and I'm outta shape but it has many different selections you can do, even manual. Easy on my back which is good since I have back problems. I bought the expensive one so that is all I can report on. Installation wasn't hard, needed the lady to hold the arms while bolted them onbut that's it.

Let me know if you have questions
