Saturday around 2pm a person found a boat with the engine idling in Copano Bay (Corpus), half mile South of Newcomb Point. No one inside,just phone and gear. A 53 y/o man,Kevin Ferrel, is missing. USCG urged all boaters in that vicinity to BOLO...
