Sinkey, I don't have a recommendation, but I grew up down there. You're talking a span of well over 150 miles. You might specify which part of The Keys you want to fish, as well as whether you want to fish inshore, offshore, or work the reefs and wrecks.

NOT Capt. Dave Rucker with Key West Pro Guides. The owner is Capt. Paul Tryon. The owner said he has a team of guides. I personally will never use the outfit again. Horrible experience.

Had several locals say the best guides were out of Marathon.

How long are you planning to be there? Are you driving or planning to fly to Miami or Ft Laud/Hollywood and then driving. Have you caught tarpon before? Tell us more about what you have in mind. Like Jim, I lived and fished down there for many years.
