Found Rod/Reel Port Aransas

I found a nice rod/reel setup on the side of Hwy 361, just north of the Ferry Landing on 8/20. Please don't waste my time if you did not loose your rod and reel by trying to guess what the set up is. Describe in detail, and we can arrange a reuniting.
